Had to give one star or I wouldn’t have been able to leave a comment. Lowes and top cash back don’t even deserve 1 star. ! Made a $4000 purchase on appliances and got a BIG WHOPPING ZERO CASH BACK. Advertised cash back was 5%. No explanation given!

Every time I try to use toipcashback with Lowes it never goes through. I miss out on so much cash back because these two site don't seem to work well together.

It was the worst buy ever. i ended payng twice because they were saing the first order was canceled. i ended paying twice. After 2 weeks i didn't receive my refund from them. So for an $1287 order i payed $2574.

Lowered their cashback but even worse, refuses to recognize purchase. This was a big reason for using topcashback.

50 pounds of shrimp in the cooler - 50 pounds coming on Monday. I need a freezer by tonight! After placing the order for pickup, I got a notification that it won't be in the store for two weeks. I called the store and was told it is a special order. Have Bob from the freezer department on the phone now and he's being rather rude about telling me what I can get instead and won't let me finish a sentence.

This vendor can never get the act together. Each time you speak to one person about the same issue there is always a different response and no solution. I am considering not doing business here even with 6% cash back. The incentive isn't worth the headaches.

I ordered a dishwasher through topcashback from Lowes. It was in stock and could be delivered the next day, according to their website. However, I received a phone call after hours, the same night of my order, notifying me that the items was no longer in stock from that store and that they had cancelled my order. When I called the store the next day, they told me the item was in stock at nearby stores. (They had cancelled my order rather than getting it from another store.) Logged into topcashback to try purchasing the dishwasher from another store and suddenly, Lowes had no offers available on topcashback. Summary, LOVE topcashback but not so happy with Lowes.
