	dishonest There was an offer on June 20, 2026 for 15% cash back for Lawn and Garden (Non-Powered Items). I took a screenshot of the offer page. I bought a 100-foot Flexzilla garden hose for $69.00 before tax. Lowe's refused to honor the cash back. They gave me 2%. A garden hose is most definitely Lawn and Garden (Non-Powered). If you are buying from them for a high cashback, be prepared to have to fight for it.

	Mulch NOT Automatically Paid at "Lawn & Garden Is there any doubt that bags of mulch for around bushes, plants, etc. should fall under "Lawn & Garden (Non-Powered Items)"? I made a purchase of 14 bags of mulch and it did not pay at the 15% rate as it should have, so I submitted a claim and 4 days later TopCashback corrected it. ???? I then purchased 21 bags of mulch and same thing happened, so I submitted another claim and this time apparently, I have to wait as this is the response I received: "Thanks for this confirmation. We will now work to get this submitted to the affiliate network after all validation periods has [sic] passed. Once this has been completed we will get the claim sent in the next available batch within four weeks. Once submitted we will post the moment we have an update for you to see and will work to get a resolution to this as fast as possible, with the average timeframe being around 12 weeks." Hopefully this one also gets corrected...

	Lowe's is not trustworthy with TopCashback I cannot use "zero" stars because I would if allowed. I INTENTIONALLY USED TOPCASHBACK - avoiding clicks to any other rebate sites - to make 3 Lowe's purchases totaling more than $565 on consecutive days to use a TopCashback new member promotion. Lowe's has tried to avoid paying the full amount of the cashback offer on ALL 3 purchases. We're talking about a total of less than $23. Lowe's has used the excuse of TopCashback not being the "last referred click" when I know that didn't happen. For one purchase, TopCashback agreed to honor the cashback amount. On another purchase, Lowe's agreed to pay ONLY 1% INSTEAD OF 4% in the offer. My advice to anyone considering using TopCashback at Lowe's is to be prepared to fight for the rightful cashback amount.
