Cashback seems to be ok, but Lowe's in Redlands, CA is very difficult to pick up order from.

Online ordering was easy, but the pick-up from the store was ridiculously disorganized. My order was supposedly ready, but when I got there, it wasn't. It took almost an hour to locate the person who filled the order to finally bring it to the customer service desk. Won't do that again!!!

Lowe's is not trustworthy with TopCashback
I cannot use "zero" stars because I would if allowed. I INTENTIONALLY USED TOPCASHBACK - avoiding clicks to any other rebate sites - to make 3 Lowe's purchases totaling more than $565 on consecutive days to use a TopCashback new member promotion. Lowe's has tried to avoid paying the full amount of the cashback offer on ALL 3 purchases. We're talking about a total of less than $23. Lowe's has used the excuse of TopCashback not being the "last referred click" when I know that didn't happen. For one purchase, TopCashback agreed to honor the cashback amount. On another purchase, Lowe's agreed to pay ONLY 1% INSTEAD OF 4% in the offer. My advice to anyone considering using TopCashback at Lowe's is to be prepared to fight for the rightful cashback amount.

Cashback doesn't work for Lowe's
Pick-up orders never track. In general Topcashback is unreliable these days. I often don't both with Topcashback these days.

Well if it ever changed from Confirmed to Payable I would be happy. I have transactions from May and June that have been confirmed but have never updated to Payable.

After placing order, purchase was tracked but showing $0.00 cash back. I submitted a claim but it was declined by Lowe's for reason of "promo code or voucher used." There was no promo code or voucher used -- paid full price. Lowe's seems to never offer any kind of discounts in fact. Don't count on this one working. TCB then accused me of possibly using another tracking site, saying that could be the reason as well. I feel like they're just stabbing blindly for a reason, none of of which are accurate.

Very disappointed in the time it took to get my cashback approved through Lowes. Purchase of refrigerator was made in July of 2021 and rebate not given until February of 2022! Don't get me wrong I'm appreciative of the rebate, it was just beyond slow to get it.
