	I wanna say a big thanks to Banggood. I am a frequent buyer of bg. I am very interested with their pricing and shipping charges. Almost all the items have free shipping option. the fast shipping options are also available with very low charges. once i had an issue with one order that i didnt receive after 2 months. i reported bg and after their inspection they refund my purchase amount. Their service is really appreciable. I am looking forward for more deals... I recommend this site for all buyers.

	I have been shopping on Banggood since I first discovered the site about 2 years ago. They have a vast variety of great products at excellent prices, and the shipping is FREE! Recently purchased some clothing items for my wife from their women's fashion department. Good quality items at unbeatable prices. Received them in less than 3 weeks. Shipping package was secure. One of the items had a small hole, which was likely caused during production. Contacted Banggood customer service with this issue, and I was given a full refund for that item. Great site, great products and great customer service. Will definitely continue shopping at Banggood and recommend the site to everyone. Thanks Banggood.

	I ordered a gaming mouse a few weeks ago but it was DOA. So I contacted Banggood and they send me a new one. But this one never arrived, they suggested a refund. I accepted it and the day after the money was already on my paypal account. Very fast and friendly!

	That's a very good website to buy from. The lowest prices with the best service. I've placed many orders and they've arrived in the expected time. The products are really good, always as described. 	I ordered a phone from Nairobi, Kenya on 31st July 2014 and got it on 19th August 2014. That was well within the 25 days they have indicated. 	Hi I ordered a v222 quad copter about four weeks ago from banggood,It arrivied in in a well packed foam box undamaged. to Melbourne Australia,Free shipping. on opening the Parcel, I noticed a few minor describinceis, the skids on the quad were on the wrong way round, it was an easy fix ,five minutes. So after doing that and reading the manual which was in resonable english ,I desided to take it out for a fly,it was a clam day and sunny. To my surprise on starting it up and lefting it about forty feet in the air ,it just desided to go off on its own never to be seen again. I emailed Banggood as to what happened,as I suspected it had a faulty reciver? A day after I emailed the service department I got a reply to my email,asking me to send a video to them as to what had happened. I again told them the story as too what had happened. The next day they send me an email saying that they would send me a replace ment v222 quad SKU094143 . I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ITS QUICK SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ITS COUSTOMER GRIVEANCES. Well done banggood I will be buying from you again. Regards Paul McMahon.

	First time ordering goods at Banggood from China and I was wondering how this would end up. But nothing but goods. Website is well documented, everything is easy to order and when you sign up, you can check the orders with your account. You can use the online Chat or Questions questions by mail are answered the same day. Of course it take some time before goods will arrive and I ordered my goods to be transported by DHL. Unfortunalty DHL had not shipped my goods well enough and I received the package broken. It wasn't the fault of Banggood. What makes the service great of a company is not the transport or ordering time, but when something goes wrong, how does the company handle the problem. In this case Banggood handled my problem very well, by fast respons, and after confirming that the package was broken they send me a new one. Thumbs up for Banggood. I will definitly order something again from them...

	The prices are low and with the free shipping it is unbeatable. I've had over 50 shipments from BangGood and only one has been lost this far and I was offered either a re-shipping or a full refund. The free shipping to Sweden can sometimes be very slow (it vary between 3-12 weeks), so in a couple of cases I have used other shipping methods.

	Bought the first time on Bangood. Booked batteries. Afraid that will not reach, but mailed Sweden. It is 25 days. Support service is not as fast answers as we would like, but everything else was good.

	I bought tail blades for my helicopter. They were very cheap. In germany i would pay about 4€ each, at banggood it only costs 5,90€ for 10 blades!!! The shipping was fast and the blades are very good! Would buy at banggood again. Thanks!

	I've ordered some items from them. They have had different arrival time and one of them never arrived. The problem is not from them but from custom. The waiting time is quite long, so you have to know it in advance. The positive side is the assistance from Banggood, one of the most effective i've seen. They answered very soon to all my questions and for the item not arrived, they refund it quickly.

	Banggood people are awesome they offer you free international shipping, all the items are very cheap in price, you can buy items in wholesale amount or just one depending upon your needs. The customer service is very quick in responding and very polite, they also have live chat. I had ordered a product which was damaged on receiving, they asked for resending or refunding as soon as I told them. I got the item after a month.(shipping to India). The shipping times depend upon the location and the value of the product, if you buy a product which is more than 25$ you get tracking number and its shipped more quickly (for me the fastest was in 18 days). You also get points for posting photos,videos and reviews. Which you can exchange for discount coupons.

	Banggood is one of the best stores out there, the customer support is great even in after-sales support. The prices are cheap and most times are the cheaper in all world and they offer free shipping in most products. Try to other from them, you will not regret!
