	Banggood's become one of my favorite online stores. They have a variety of appealing products to choose from and a lot of coupons to make some of the prices unbeatable. In comparison to a couple of other sites I tend to occasionally order from, they are the cheapest by far. Some of the shipments arrive sooner than the others, but there's nothing much Banggood can do about it. I haven't had any issues with the customer service nor the refunds. Surely, it may take some time for them to respond regarding certain matters, but patience is the key to success. Keep up the good work!

	Banggood is becoming extremely popular due to its quality, price and customer service offered. Shopping online without physically seen the product takes great risk and banggood customer service always makes you feel comfortable in receiving the product you need as described. It only takes to ask and contact customer service and they will provide you with a proper solution if any problem is caused at all. Depending on the country, Season and product availability products will arrive between 5 to 30 business days. Overall I am very happy shopping here and I have stepped into purchasing big ticketed items now. Thank You BANGGOOD for the excellent customer service. I only had to ask.

	Great Customer Service! One of my products arrived deffective. They replied immediately, and after I described the issue, they offered to send a replacement unit at no cost (the only lag in the communication was due to us being on a different time zone). Great job BangGood! I'll order again with you.

	I bought WL v977 from Banggood.com, they offers the best price. Item was very well packed and received in 15 days by EMS. I am satisfied. 	I bought WL v977 from Banggood.com and I got the best price and a good quality product. They also have all of the spare parts available in stock at great prices. Personally, I think WL v977 is a great collective pitch heli to begin 3D flying. Shipping times are not exactly same as advertised in the site but I guess it is down to the service used for shipping. I would recommend banggood.com for their attractive prices, good quality, reliability and amazing collection of products.

	Chargeur de batterie Lipo commandé sur Banggood le 10/20/14. Bien qu'expédié par Banggood avec un n° de tracking, l'article n'ai jamais arrivé (perdu dans les méandres de la poste Suédoise !). Après quelques échanges de mails cordiaux avec le SupportBanggood l'article m'a été remboursé sans problème. C'est d’ailleurs le seul problème rencontré après plus de 40 commandes

	I bought (7 November) in Banggood store CUBOT X6. Unfortunately misplaced package I did not receive the package, contacted Banggood customer service asked for refund return money for one day. 	I have bought different items from this Merchant for the past two years and have found it to be very good value for money. Another plus is the free shipping which is an added bonus to the already advantageous pricing. I have never had any major issues with these people and the minor problems were addressed immediately and satisfactorily by the customer service. Be prepared to wait for orders to arrive as they invariably take 3 weeks, sometimes a little less or maybe even more to arrive (I live in the EU) but the wait is normally worth it. Highly recommended.

	I always have been satisfied with Banggood service. Even when there are some glitches Banggood team members always do their best to solve the issue. For example if an item you ordered is not available in the following days, they ask you if you want a refund or if you are okay to wait. If the unavailable item is part of an order with several items, they usually split the order so you get your available items as soon as possible.

	I was ordered Teclast x98 3G from banggood.com and had some wifi issues. I had very bad wifi signal unless I'm very close to wifi router. They offer me to solve the problem in local repair shop and they will refund me whole amount. But in my local repair shop they didn't accept to try to repair it.So, I sent them back this tablet after agreement with their stuff and they offer me new one for same value or new one Teclast x98 3g. Now I'm choose Cube U65GT and I'm waiting for arrival. They accept to send me new one when I show them my return shipping number from air mail. They have very good support and we were solve problem in short time.

	I ordered yet serveral times and everything went well. I am very satisfied with the cheap prices and quality. Good pictures. You really see what you get. Costumer desk is very good. They help you immediatly. I'm a banggooder! Almost addicted. Delivery takes several weeks (to Belgium). But the orders I recieved where in perfect condition.

	I had shopping on Banggood.com several time and every time I was very satisfaied with all the service. I bought lot of different stuffs from dresses to jewelry...the price and the quality are very balanced. Every item is exactly like the one I see on the website. When I had problem or question i contact the customer service that absolutely efficent and kind. I can really recommend this site!
