	I ordered several times from banggood, and wow what a service. If something is wrong, they don't hesitate to resend you something or refund something. They really try to make you a customer that will come back, and they do that very successful.

	BangGood is one of the best online stores I’ve ever dealt with. Their products are slightly late, but that is to be expected when you live in the USA and you order from a CN warehouse, so no complaint there. The products I’ve ordered have always been of good quality and have never been damaged. The one time I had a product go wrong (one of my quadcopters) they responded to customer support within 16 hours and said they would replace the broken part. I would totally recommend shopping from here.

	I am very pleased with the service that Banggood offers. Even in one occasion where a refund was needed, this was done in a timely manner and I have absolutely no objections. 	I've placed over 40 orders for over a year. During this time I had a non-arrived order (a resend was sent), and 2 defective items (one resend and one partially refunded). The customer support is fast, always kind and helpful! The prices are quite low and there is no shipping... cost. Average ETA for shipments to Greece is about a month. I'm surely going to buy more from them!

	Having an experience with more than 30 orders from Banggood, i can say that is a completely reliable, well organized store with fair prices. I had a "non delivered" problem, with one of my orders that solved after two mails in two days, having the option to take my money back or reship the order.About customer service now: Quick , friendly , and fast responding. The shipping is fast, but usually takes about 25 - 35 days to come here in Greece. So, only possitive rates for Banggood.

	i really appreciate there customer service , very quick , friendly , and fast shipping , to sri lanka , extremely genuine products , i received every item i ordered from them in excellent condition and specially for SKU139221 i had no problems with this cell , but firstly before u use the quad copter pls make sure u charge it with a balance charger or it will not be use full anymore ( for those who don't like this cell ) i had about 11min flight time without the cam and prop guard and landing skid , good quality , only drawback is that it took about 4-5 weeks to arrive , other than that i'm fully satisfied with it , if u have problems like low flight time pls clean the gears and retry as if the gears are dirty motors will need more torque to turn the rotor which will result in a discharge rate that is over than 25c , as i think this battery is less than 25c

	Ordered a flashlight set - 2 chargers (home and car) 2 batteries and one flashlight - and item ordered failed one 2 parts: Car charger had wrong connector size and flashlight was broken. After having been in contact with their review centre and service desk I received within a week a partly refund for the broken parts. Fair and fast.

	Well I had bought a couple of times from Banggood and it was fine as it was described in quality etc... but what really make me estimate this team of helpful guys, in their professional behavior when I came across a faulty device... I informed them that it was not operating properly and after they realized it they refunded me and 1 week later I was holding the new replacement device which was operating properly!!!! Thanks Banggood, I'll stick around

	I had some issues on receiving one order, there was a MAIL glitch and no order came in… I contacted BANGGOOD by live chat and explained my problem. EVERYTHING WAS SOLVED IN 5 min TALK !!!! the order came trough on christmas day… They have SANTA working there ; ) I want to congratulate BANGGOOD for the exemplary after sales customer service and solution support. Thanks Guys!!!
