	I must write again to thank BANGGOOD for his reliability, kindness and customer care as well as to sell good products at little prices. For the fourth time I received a notice from my post office because the parcel was opened by someone not authorized. In two parcels nothing was missing but in the other two there were some pieces missing. Well, Banggood sent again to me the missing material free of charge in both the cases also if they were without any guilt. Thank you BANGGOOD !

	good products great service too I have had quite a few orders with banggood.com. Most of them have been absolutely fine. Be prepared for slow delivery, but no worse than any others from China, no extra charge though. Recently had a product fail after 3 months use. BG are shipping me a replacement - no hassle. 	Placed two orders with BangGood so far, using the EU site. One arrived very quickly (less than 4 days through Royal Mail), the 2nd one took a bit longer due to a holiday period (with Sweden Post). I've contacted the service center for this problem and they answered in less than 24 hours, but the package arrived in the evening of the same day. Both orders arrived extremely well packaged, everything was in working order, no problems. The product catalogue seems to be smaller than other sites, but it consists of better quality items than what the usual chinese sellers offer. Prices are a bit higher than ordering directly from China, but you don't have to deal with shipping times (which sometimes exceed one month) and customs/taxes. Very happy with the service, will place more orders with BangGood.

	It is really good shop! I bought V977 helicopter, spare parts for it and my V911. Everything came quickly. One parcel delivery is delayed by russian postmail, but the rest were sent very quickly. 2-3 weeks from order to receipt. For all question service answer very quickly. Last week I've my first refund money. Postmail lost the parcel and I ask refund. Banggood without any questions refund full amount and made it during 1 day! No waiting, no long writing. The next day I have money on my card. Excellent! Thank you!

	I have shopped on Banggood.com for some time now (2 or 3 years it seems). And, I have always received great service. However, on my order of a V911 helicopter, I had a problem with the helicopter. I made Banggood aware of the problem. They offered some advice as to solve the problem. When these things did not solve the problem. We agreed on a solution that was very fovorable for both parties. I must say that I would recommend Banggood.com to anyone and everyone . . . they are the tops.

	I ordered (and paid) wrong item by my mistake. I contacted support over the weekend and they responded quickly and allowed me to change my order. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also, I found prices much better then on other sites I visited.

	Banggood know about a year and I have ordered many products: telephony, technical equipment, electronic components, LEDs, auto accessories, accessories tv. I confirm the excellent quality of the products and their construction, so a high quality / price ratio. There is no article that has disappointed my expectations. I confirm the speed of shipments on their part, of course you have to take into account the customs of the times, which may vary from country to country. For example, for Italy need a good dose of patience. If something was not available I was informed promptly and proposed solutions that we have agreed together. Communications with them were obviously friendly, but most immediate and decisive. (Linda is my sweet referent). Willingly write this review because it's really what I think. Since I intend to continue the business relationship, I am aware that there could be some inconvenience, but I trust quietly in the resolution, always with patience and courtesy. Clafo

	I ordered a Cheerson CX10. it arrived and then malfunctioned after the first flight. I quick email to Banggood and they replaced it, no qusetions asked. fantastic customer service, thank you.

	I ordered a number of items from Banggood in December, with a Cheerson CX10 amongst them. All the items arrived in the UK pretty quickly, and all was well with the shipment, nothing damaged. However after flying the diminutive quad just once, it malfunctioned, and wouldn’t bind to the controller.

	I am a French customer I bought it on Banggood a camera SJ400 and a SD Card 16 GB. THE SD CArd did not work, after two messages by mail, the customer service Banggood, immediately told me that they to sent me a new one. I ' have received in less than 10 days, and everything works fine. I would like to thank Linda and Jeremy for their help and their effectiveness. 	I'm interested in aquariums and many times make the order in this store, and always without problems. Only once the order was lost during delivery. I contacted the operator and the next day I returned the money to the account Paypal. But from there I forgot to transfer money to my account and money back in 30 days to the seller. After 2 months, I have repeatedly contacted the store and asked for a refund. The next day money were on my account Paypal. It is a pleasure to deal with such conscientious and friendly dealer Online. I will continue to order only from them, and recommend you, the more goods they have a very high quality.

	I've made about 40 orders from Banggood, they have great prices and I've received all my orders from them so far. They always have new products that I can't resist buying. On my latest order I had a problem with a DVR, I told them about it and they're sending a replacement free of charge. Great customer service! Sometimes it does take a while to get my stuff from China, however lately it's been less than 2 weeks time. I can vouch for these guys.

	La tablette Onda que j'ai reçu est tombée en panne alors qu'elle était encore sous garantie. Je l'ai signalé à Banggood qui m'a indiqué ou la renvoyer, qui m'a remboursé les frais de port et m'a renvoyé immédiatement une tablette neuve. Service après vente exceptionnel, très bonne communication, rien à dire, un site à recommander chaleureusement qui lève toute les réticences à acheter par correspondance en Chine. Bravo Banggood Onda tablet I got broke down while she was still under warranty. I pointed to BangGood who told me or refer, which I paid the postage and referred me immediately a new tablet. 	They stock a great variety of parts and an amazing price, and if things go wrong in any way, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I've recommended to friends and would definitely recommend again! Their customer service has corrected every issue I've ever experienced, even when the problem was not caused by them (e.g. lost package in international shipping).

	I have placed many orders at Banggood in the last two years or so when I started looking for surveillance equipment. During this time many other items were added on my want list. There were times that some products were delayed due to weather conditions etc and Banggood send already a replacement. I never lost any package and therefore I had to reject the replacement packaged that arrived. People were very friendly and care about me the customer. All my e-mails were answered within few hours. In some cases they suggested to get a newer or better item that has just arrived. In sort you can call them Professionals. It is the one store that I trust the most. There prices are 99% than anyone else at least in the item that I have order.

	I ordered many times on banggood.com it is very easy and the number of products is overwhelming. If you have a problem with a product you bought, you send an e-mail with the picture and order number, or use the support chat! How easy! The orders took 25 days on average to be shipped to germany and I think that is good. I would recommend buying on this website, because the products have a good quality.

	J'ai déjà acheté une trentaine de produit chez eux pour mes drones, et franchement, ils sont imbattable au niveau prix et leurs produits sont de bonne qualité. Leur SAV est excellent, sur la centaine que j'ai commandé j'ai reçu 1 produits (Naze32) avec un défaut, ils me l'ont remboursé aussitôt. Parfait. Vincent
