	I started to buy on Banggood last September and since then I often buy on this site. The product are cheap but the quality is quite good. The service assistance is very efficient. Some problems with the time of delivery, but at the end every situation were solved. The site is rich of products. There are no main brands, but the quality of the goods is excellent. I strongly suggest to try it.

	I ordered a “Cheerson CX-10A" this summer, but when it arrived at home I noticed that the device was not working as expected. I send a request to the support with a short video of the problem and they sent me a new one in replacement of the broken drone. I appreciated very much the way they handle customer also for order with low value.

	I always shop at Banggood because they have some pretty good items, and deals there, especially if you can build up your points. You get points when you buy things. If you have to return something, just make sure you have some kind of video camera to send them a video, because this is what they like, and will ask for.

	I reach immediately after you order. Tracking number you told me I was using DHL could not be tracked in one of the only China. Had me changing the packaging so as not to damage the goods. However, there was color box of the original sales also wanted. council order#7017914

	Good prices but I have mixed feelings about the delivery and the customer service I paid a little more to get this order from the UK warehouse to get it quickly. Nevertheless, I received the order with the double of time that is fixed in the delivery table.Talking about the customer service I give them a 10. They always replied the emails and tried to give me a solution.

	I was not lucky with the LED bulbs I ordered: 2 out of 3 stopped working after a few minutes; I made a complaint by mail, and I received after the Chiness New Year a proposal either to refund or replace> I chose replacement> Everything is OK. So I went on buying new items. The quality is corresponding the low price I pay and I am happy with their kind after sale service.

I wrote a simple mail to Banggood, who answered very kindly. I accepted their replacement proposal and some weeks later, 2 replacement bulbs came from Singapore. Very good service.

	Banggood has very good items with great prices. The customer service is amazing and if there is a defective product they will give you a full refund or send a replacement with no questions asked.
