	After purchasing an electric unicycle scooter i got a problem with the battery. I wrote to the customer care and after 20 days I receive another one for free. Now the electric unicycle works wonders. Seriuos congratulations for the great Banggood service

	I bought a Mobius at Banggood and I had made a wrong order and contatcted Banggood the next day and they where very helpful to make the change for me. after arriving of the Mobius camera (9)day's I discoverd immediatly that the camera was not working properly. So I contacted Banggood and after a few day's and trying different setups they advise me they will sent me a new camera. So they did and i received a new camera and this works fine. The ladies Tiny(nickname),Cody,Serene did an excellent job and where always willing to help me. I was always afraid of doing bussines with Chinese webshops because of communication problems, but all the girls I have contact with are polite and write perfect English and respond immediatly. take notice of the time table difference of 8hours. When they are at work Europe is sleeping. So response will be the next day in your mailbox. I also discover that BangGood has genuine products and that can not be said from other Chinese webshops. So I purchased a powerbank from LightintheBox and they sent me a fake product I discover afterwards. But BangGood I can recommend as good

	Awesome experience I have made purchases on bangood.com, almost all the items arrived in one month, wich is normal due to the distance, because I live in Mexico, the prices are unbeatable, and the shipping cost are awesome. I had problems in some of my purchases due to faulty products, but always the customer service has answered my emails in one or two days, and replaced in every time the faulty product or the part that came deffective. For shure I will continue shopping there.

	I would recommend Banggood.com to anyone, their prices are unbeatable and the shipping is always either very reasonable or free!! Not only is their shipping a great value the products have always arrived within the projected time. Furthermore their customer service is second to none, luckily I have only had one small shipping issue (damaged goods out of their control) but they handled in quickly in a very professional manner. Again I would definitely recommend Banggood.com to any and everybody!

	Banggood - one of the beautiful place for quality, fast and professional service and nice items. Highly recommended for all. I bought more than three years and ordered more than 850 items to Croatia and for my customers around the World. When I have problem, Banggood staff give me full support. Maybe could be sometime faster with handling and cheaper with shipping cost.

	7% is good cashback. but the only thing who make us not happy is the 2 months duration to get payed is too much, we hope you make the duration more short. thank you

	Not all the transaction are tracked. And if you find out that it wasn't tracked you can't do anything since this merchant doesn't offer a missing cash back claim
