	I buy from Staples often and don't always keep track. I seem to think that I have bought from Staples twice more than what is showing in my account. Really don't have the time to go back and research it, but will keep better track in the future.

	I was very surprised that Staples changed their cashback policy and no longer gives cashback on Tablets and desktops! They had always done so in the past. Just bought 2 tablet computers for $2000 and then discovered no cashback only on the accessories. Not good Staples but at least now I know.

	I order from Staples 3 or 4 times a month. I chase my cashback 2 or 3 times a month. It's great to get the cash back, but I am putting in a lot of time to get it back.

	Hi.. my review relates to the delivery of the purchased goods...please pass on to Staples if possible. Purchased items were packaged poorly or not packaged at all and one was delivered two weeks later than estimated. Chair mat was thrown on the front porch without any packaging; it was dirty and had to be cleaned up before using. The office chair came in a box, but the parts were not wrapped/protected sufficiently and consequently the chair arms rests were scratched by the heavy metal chair base, which appeared to bounce around during shipping. The performance/standard of the Staples in-house delivery service is well below that of USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Thanks

	I didn't get cash back, presumably because I used a coupon. Cash back is available through other sites while using the same coupon. I'm going to use other cash back sites for Staples from now on.

	Cash back should be received and says $0. There was no browser interruption/other site visited between top cash and staples, nor a change to the item delivered. It is valid. Not the first time with issues with this vendor providing topcash.

	Staples never posts CB until I file a claim. It's always resolved in my favor and I eventually get the CB.

	It is a hit or miss. Even if I submit my proof of purchase, sometimes I still don't get paid the money. I guess I ought to be grateful for the low payout at Staples.
