It is a hit or miss. Even if I submit my proof of purchase, sometimes I still don't get paid the money. I guess I ought to be grateful for the low payout at Staples.

I order from Staples 3 or 4 times a month. I chase my cashback 2 or 3 times a month. It's great to get the cash back, but I am putting in a lot of time to get it back.

I've had very bad customer service from Staples when completing in store purchases. However this experience was great. Pricing was perfect and items were all shipped in timely manner. I guess online is the way to go with Staples!
