	Everything worked. Customer Service (from both USA & India) was helpful when my transaction didn't show up. Once it was all figured out the processs to get the money was a little confusing but you just have to be patient :) Everything has worked out and future transactions have been no problem

	The deal I got was great, and I am happy with my product. Staples has always been one of my favorite stores to mill around and buy the occasional (often unnecessary) doodad, and they always seem to have good deals and nice reps. Unfortunately, I had a rather bad time with my last purchase through here. The store was in shift-swap and rather understaffed. Even after that, I had to file a missing cashback claim after a week and some of nothing. I'm guessing it was more of an oversight than an intentional ignorance as they fixed it quickly after that, but still...

	Takes 4 weeks from the time of purchase to get cash back. Otherwise this system works as planned.
