Terrible, they cancel 1 item from every order on purpose so they can reject you Cashback. this happened to 3 of my orders in a row.

JCPenny is one of my favorite stores. They have quality cloting and some of the best sales! Great for a family shopping on a budget. No hassle returns and the JCPenney rewards are an added incentive.
