	I have yet to receive cash back from IHG. I will use a different means to make the reservations through.

	I travel a lot for work, and started booking at IHG hotels to take advantage of the cash back. For the first ten months, I would get cash back pending approx. 7 days after I completed the stay. And it was like clock work, easy and no issues. However, the last 2 months, the cash back hasn't been applied. I have submitted claims and waiting to hear back. I will try it a couple more times, and if it doesn't work, I will go back to staying at Hilton hotels.

	I stay at IHG hotels all the time, but too often cashback gets denied without valid reason. I always book exactly the same way and exactly the same kind of rates. So I don't understand why some track as "other marketing channel", because that's just not the case.

	Honestly I have been disappointed using topcashback. It seems to take a lot longer to get cashback from retailers than Ebates. I would have to say that IHG was quicker than most of the retailers, but still many weeks.

	Unreliable Tracking Tracking with IHG is extremely unreliable. Despite using the Topcashback link and selecting a proper rate, the transaction doesn't always track. There's no rhyme or reason as to why one reservation tracks while another one doesn't. Fortunately, the support ticket system usually gets things fixed, but it's an unwanted extra step.

	It's really become a hit or miss with IHG. They'll use any excuse to deny a stay. That Topcashback wasn't the last promotional site to be used, even though my process for booking stays hasn't changed. Or they'll say the stay was changed in person. Maybe the hotels are taught to change room, or reservations so they can deny them later. The ones that do track are most the time displayed as $0.00 and there's a lot of follow up to make a claim and get the money. It's not a user friendly experience and it's frustrating many times.

	TCB claimed I used another cashback services even when I did't First, TCB never tracks for anything - super annoying. Most purchases came up but when I had a 200 EUR purchase for IHG. TCB said some other cashback site got the commission which is difficult to believe.

	Quite a trouble to keep a track and follow up for cash back each-time! I am a frequent traveler, and I stay with IHG almost all the time. It's a mission every time to keep track and follow up for cash back on stays with IHG. It doesn't get tracked automatically. I lose the cash back if I fail to manually follow up and put in a claim. Quite frustrating!

	Horrible partner rarely pays and when does is 5 months late. Didnt most of the time and when did took 5-7 months and 3 emails. Absurd

	IHG refused to honor the cashback on two large transactions/reservations I made, even though the cashback terms did not exclude from applying my IHG Business Rewards number on my reservation. As a result, I am missing $45.16 that is rightfully due to me from using this merchant cashback link.

	Only got the cash back for ONE reservation. MANY were made at separate times, correctly through TopCashBack. Huge disappointment.

	Absolute dissapointment, though initialy tracked any of my stays moved from 0 to correct amount and claims always denied. I do not believe that more than 99% client are happy. Maybe if at least one purchase of mine would go through, but none got!

	It's been 20 weeks since check out, nearly 5 months, with no payout. Honestly, I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known how unreliable IHG is about the rebate. They shouldn't participate in this site if they do not plan to honor the commitment.
