What could stop me from getting Cash Back?
- Group rates, partner rates, company rates, travel agency rates are not eligible for cash back.
- Cashback will be added to your account within 3 months after travel has been completed. Cashback can only be earned if the member completes its hotel reservation and stays at the hotel. Cashback will be modified according of any change made to the reservation at the hotel.
- Returning, exchanging or cancelling part of your order may result in the Cash Back being declined.
- Combining promotions from another site and/or using a coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback
- Returning, exchanging or cancelling part of your order.
- Purchases made on other sites than ALL - Accor Live Limitless's US site
What else is essential?
- Cash back will initially post at $0.00 then automatically correct itself to the appropriate amount after the reservation has been completed.
- In the event of a cash back dispute, ALL - Accor Live Limitless will automatically request an invoice from the member as proof of stay at the hotel booked by the member.
- For reservations booked early on, ALL - Accor Live Limitless reserves the right to postpone the cash back payment upon presentation of an invoice as proof of stay of the member at the hotel booked.
- Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked Cash Back. We endeavor to chase untracked Cash Back but reserve the right to halt inquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based on expected Cash Back as it is not guaranteed. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
- Only if a member completes their stay will cash back be paid on a cancellable room rate.
- Cash back is eligible on bookings worldwide.
- Cash Back amounts are generally based on your final purchase amount and does not include taxes, shipping and the actual discount amount saved through coupons.
- Cash Back rates are subject to change, both up and down.
- You must start with an empty basket before clicking through to the retailer.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
What to do when
