Ordered a stay of 10 days via this link and made sure everything was done correctly to get the order tracked, and then the cash back is confirmed to be $0.00. Alas, IHG, if you are not going to award the cash back you promise, just please do not make the offer.

Cash Back is awarded based on the information provided by the retailer, and sometimes transactions can track incorrectly due to how the booking is reported on their side.
Please know this doesn’t mean the Cash Back is lost. We encourage you to submit a missing claim through your account so that we can send the details to the retailer for review. Once you’ve submitted the claim, you may also email me directly at uscustomercare@topcashback.com
