	Very slow to post Takes a very long time to get the cashback, often close to 12 months

	when it works it works, when it doesn't it doesn't I have always had to file a claim to get this cash back recognized. Most of the time the claims go through, but maybe a quarter of the time the claims get denied. There is no real consistency.

	Reservation failed I’ve been using your website to book hotels and earn cashback for a long time. Recently, however, I’ve been unable to complete the final step of the booking process through your links, whether I’m using Windows or Mac OS. Every time I try to check out, I keep getting an error message saying my credit card information is incorrect. I’ve already tried three different valid cards, and the same issue occurs on all of them. My cards work perfectly fine elsewhere, and I can book normally directly through the IHG app—the only problem is that bookings made via the IHG app can’t be tracked for cashback on TopCashback. Could your technical team please look into this issue with IHG and find out what’s causing the error? I hope this can be resolved quickly so I can resume booking and earning cashback as usual.

	Still waiting and it has been long past the original 9-week estimate I have been waiting for payout on a stay that I booked in May and completed in July. At the time of reservation, Top Cashback indicated I should receive the cash back 9 weeks after completing the stay. It has now been more than 3 months and I am still waiting on the payout and have not received any kind of update otherwise.

	Great variety + solid rewards program, but service consistency may differ. IHG is a global hotel chain with a wide range of brands, from budget-friendly stays to luxury options. Their loyalty program (IHG One Rewards) is a strong point, offering points, free nights, and member perks. However, service quality can vary depending on the brand and location.

	Disappointing Ordered a stay of 10 days via this link and made sure everything was done correctly to get the order tracked, and then the cash back is confirmed to be $0.00. Alas, IHG, if you are not going to award the cash back you promise, just please do not make the offer.

Cash Back is awarded based on the information provided by the retailer, and sometimes transactions can track incorrectly due to how the booking is reported on their side. 	somewhat difficult I am using IHG a lot and love to get cashback. Several times the offer is good with nice rate. The worst aspect is that MANY times (most of times) there are issues with tracking. I've been using topcashback for ages and I do know how to do it, but especially with IHG it seems there's always something, so I need to track down my transactions, open claims, then it takes forever to get acknowledgement and sometimes even the offer rates are not matching the initial offer ones...A bit disappointing

	Always been my go to chain This chain does a better job at tracking and report the numbers than some other chains that won't show numbers (they also don't run promos). The secret is to book one stay, allow it to be processed (wait for the Topcash email), and then book the next stay. I like staying a different hotels but this just does a better job with promo and tracking.

	This hotel won't track cashback unless you file a claim. Be careful, I never saw the cashback display automatically in my account since late 2023 from IHG. Every time I need to wait for a month to submit the missing cashback claim to customer service. This hotel is playing tricks and is very dishonest about the cashback they promise on this TopCashback website.
