	Rebate of more than $80.00 never tracked, even after working for almost a year with customer service. No explanation given, fully pre-paid reservation with a stay exactly as what was originally booked. Never had a problem with any other merchant through TCB.

	IHG never reports back to affiliate network. consumers like us always have to file missing reports to chase it down. 0 out of 3 got tracked.

	I don't understand the cash back from IHG, Crowne Plaza, which was advertised at 8%, but only returned 3%.
