It's been 20 weeks since check out, nearly 5 months, with no payout. Honestly, I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known how unreliable IHG is about the rebate. They shouldn't participate in this site if they do not plan to honor the commitment.

Rebate of more than $80.00 never tracked, even after working for almost a year with customer service. No explanation given, fully pre-paid reservation with a stay exactly as what was originally booked. Never had a problem with any other merchant through TCB.

It's really become a hit or miss with IHG. They'll use any excuse to deny a stay. That Topcashback wasn't the last promotional site to be used, even though my process for booking stays hasn't changed. Or they'll say the stay was changed in person. Maybe the hotels are taught to change room, or reservations so they can deny them later. The ones that do track are most the time displayed as $0.00 and there's a lot of follow up to make a claim and get the money. It's not a user friendly experience and it's frustrating many times.
