Had a $5,000 transaction on Hilton via TopCashback which were untracked and when claimed, told that TopCashback was not the last referral :( Lost a lot of cashback because of that. It's useless to have the highest % rate if it doesn't track :(

It is not easy to get cash back with Hilton. It takes several months and many times there are multiple entries in my earnings section with a $0 payable from Hilton. Its hard to track what I get cashback on and what I don't, especially since I use them often. When Ive followed up in the past, there was finally a payout, but its difficult to track and takes a very long time. Ive been told I just have to wait, even when its been nearly a year before any action.

Issue was with retailer not topcashback. It took 6 months for the cash back to appear after multiple customer care requests.
