What could stop me from getting Cash Back?
- Cashback is not eligible on any special rates such as corporate rates, group rates, government rates, Hilton staff, friends and family rates, travel agents special rates, HHonors redemption bookings (Hiltons worldwide loyalty program) and promotional rates in conjunction with Hilton partners or certain corporate marketing offers.
- Cashback is not eligible on taxes or any other charges other than the room rate of the purchase value.
- Commission queries on any Qualified Bookings for which the check-out dates are over six months old from the query date, will no longer be commissionable.
- Commissions are only paid on a single initial Qualified Booking, not on all future bookings that click-through from your webpage.
- Commissions will be paid only on Qualified Bookings that are within seven days of the click-through from your webpage.
- Commissions will not be paid on any cancelled reservations or no shows.
