Top Questions About TopCashback

Whether you’re new to TopCashback because a friend sent you here, or you stumbled upon our site after researching smart ways to save money, we have no doubt you have some valid questions for us.

So, let's try to put your mind at ease by answering five of the internet's most-asked questions about who we are and what we do.

If you're still left wondering or have any concerns, feel free to share them below in our comments section! We'll do our best to address each and every one.

“Is TopCashback a scam?”

With all the scams going around in this day and age, it’s no surprise that people are skeptical. However, we can wholeheartedly confirm that we are NOT a scam. TopCashback USA has been around for 10 successful years (and 16 years over in the UK!). Our platform is an honest way to earn cash back and save money on everyday purchases—plus, we guarantee the highest cash back rates on the web.

Still don’t believe us? Just take a look at what some of our members are saying on TrustPilot, where we boast an impressive 4.4-star rating.

“How do you get your money from TopCashback?”

The way you earn cash back is by clicking through to your favorite stores from our portal and shopping as you normally would. It’s honestly that easy! Over 4,000 retailers, including Amazon, Macy’s and Best Buy, currently participate with TopCashback. (So you know we’re the real deal.)

To prevent cash back tracking issues, we highly recommend following our How to Maximize Your TopCashback Experience guide before making a purchase. We also strongly suggest downloading our Browser Extension, which brings you the best deals, coupons and cash back offers in one simple click. Learn more now by reading our handy How to Use the Browser Extension guide.

“How long does TopCashback take to pay out?”

The short answer is: it simply depends on the merchant. Each transaction will have an ‘estimated payout speed’ that is unique to the merchant, and you will be able to view this estimate under the earnings section of your account by clicking on the merchant name.

To view a quick list of our top merchants and their estimated payout speeds, refer to our Need For Speed: How Fast Do Our Merchants Pay Out? blog. Once your cash back reaches a payable status, there is no minimum on how much you can cash out.

We currently have over 15 methods of payment, including PayPal or ACH (Direct Deposit). If you’re unsure about how to add in your payment details or request payout, check out our How To Request Payout guide.

“Why is TopCashback so slow?”

The reason it may take a bit long for your cash back to reach payable status is because we are the only cash back site to date that doesn't keep a portion of your cash back.

See, instead of taking commission from the retailer for sending you to their website like our competitors do, we give the full amount of our commission to our members. But that, in turn, creates a waiting period for us to get your funds.

Even with this wait, our members seem to think it’s worth it since they are receiving the highest percentage of cash back with us. (Remember, we receive zero cut of this percentage.)

“Can you use TopCashback in stores?”

The short answer is no. However, we’re always looking to expand our options. The good news is you can earn cash back at over 4,000 stores online right now. In addition, we have a ton of merchants that still offer cash back when you pick up in store, a practical option that helps you save even more money on your purchases (think pricey shipping fees!).

Also, receiving the highest percentage of cash back from the comfort of your own home is something that can’t be beat.

Member436923254804July 2 2023, 22:31 So far this seems like a scam. None of my cashbacks clicks has been paid. If it looks like a scam, it probably is.
