Everyone knows about Amazon by now. What started as an online bookstore has become the place to buy everything. It’s clear to us that people are generally happy with the state of shopping at Amazon because of how successful the brand is. Thanks to Prime, regular savings, and the sheer quantity and variety of goods, Amazon is a lot of people’s first place to look when shopping.

We were surprised to see such a high volume of negative Amazon reviews. Most people online in recent reviews have become quite aggravated over long delivery times even though they pay for the Prime, 2-day delivery service.

Although the 1-star reviews are the majority, the 5-star Amazon reviews are filled with people countering and sometimes disproving negative experiences. This could be a case of the company having so many orders that thousands of bad reviews may seem like a lot, it is a drop in the bucket compared to millions of orders.

	Often doesn't track--for example, recent large purchase in amazon product category (amazon's home security products) did not track.

	I have shpped three time in Amazon, but I only get one time cashback. Besides, It's impossible to issue missing cashback at customer servies becasue I can't find my shop time. There must be some bugs or errors in shopping in Amazon

	Amazon Device purchase did not track correctly and I was unable to file a claim because Amazon doesn't do claims.

	This is the one shop I hate with regard to cashback. I have to watch like a hawk because it seems they almost NEVER honor the categories and percentages listed when I click through for an order. At this exact moment I know of 3 orders in the last two weeks. And it's impossible to find a way to get it fixed as the TCB account doesn't accurately reflect click thrus to help track.

	I don't know what I am doing wrong but every time I click through to amazon I never get cash back even when Im purchasing in the selected departments. I will keep trying and I hope I can update this review if I have a better experience. Sadly TopCashBack can't help track lost amazon cash back. Not their fault, but a bummer!
