Everyone knows about Amazon by now. What started as an online bookstore has become the place to buy everything. It’s clear to us that people are generally happy with the state of shopping at Amazon because of how successful the brand is. Thanks to Prime, regular savings, and the sheer quantity and variety of goods, Amazon is a lot of people’s first place to look when shopping.

We were surprised to see such a high volume of negative Amazon reviews. Most people online in recent reviews have become quite aggravated over long delivery times even though they pay for the Prime, 2-day delivery service.

Although the 1-star reviews are the majority, the 5-star Amazon reviews are filled with people countering and sometimes disproving negative experiences. This could be a case of the company having so many orders that thousands of bad reviews may seem like a lot, it is a drop in the bucket compared to millions of orders.

	It is not easy to earn cash back from Amazon.com, too many stipulations and objectives they are either going to participate or not, it is my opinion that cash back should be one flat rate across the board, if one has to work at it then it, then it becomes not worth it, and that is an issue that all cashback entities need to negotiates/discuss with all Merchant, if a Merchant cannot participate 100%, they should be dropped. s,

	Very vague during most cashback offers to the point you just don't know if your purchase will count or not until it credits or doesn't.

	There have been many times where the cash back does not come through. Amazon is a good deal most times anyway, and cash back is a bonus.

	I did not receive promised $15 for Prime membership. Cashback has been undependable, although it seems to be improving.

	Some categories track well and others don't. I'm now 0/2 in the Furniture category several months apart so I'm giving up on that category. I've had success in other categories such as Clothing. I would rate higher if it weren't that we cannot submit missing cashback claims for this merchant.

	Not real impressed with TopCash Bk and Amazon experience. Misses a lot of purtchases unfortunately. Was a great experience a few months back. But, in last Month I have noticed more and more missing purchases. BOOO!!!!!

	Bad recognition A lot of the orders I do aren't picked up. Like the chances of it happening is like 1% I'm not sure if it's a bug on my side or their side.
