Everyone knows about Amazon by now. What started as an online bookstore has become the place to buy everything. It’s clear to us that people are generally happy with the state of shopping at Amazon because of how successful the brand is. Thanks to Prime, regular savings, and the sheer quantity and variety of goods, Amazon is a lot of people’s first place to look when shopping.

We were surprised to see such a high volume of negative Amazon reviews. Most people online in recent reviews have become quite aggravated over long delivery times even though they pay for the Prime, 2-day delivery service.

Although the 1-star reviews are the majority, the 5-star Amazon reviews are filled with people countering and sometimes disproving negative experiences. This could be a case of the company having so many orders that thousands of bad reviews may seem like a lot, it is a drop in the bucket compared to millions of orders.

My purchase was eligible for 6% cashback, it was never credited, and apparently, Amazon denies opening a claim. Maybe they shouldn't be on here if they are not going to honour their cashback.

at that time TopCashback said I will get 8% of cashback for Amazon devices such as Echo or Fire tablets. I spent almost $3,000 and TopCashback didn't admit that I spent that $. I got the cashback only for $630...

I did not receive my earned cashback from Amazon.com for 4 separate items in one order that qualified for cashback through Topcashback.com. I tried to file a missing cashback claim for my missing cashback from Amazon & was totally denied & not credited to me for the following reason that Topcashback states!! Topcashback.com replied to my ticket regarding this concern stating quote, "I'm sorry to hear that you've not received cashback for these purchases. If a purchase hasn't tracked to your account after 7 days from the delivery of your items, it is unlikely that any cashback will be passed over unfortunately. We aren't able to award cashback unless this has been passed over to us by the retailer and so when a purchase goes untracked, we will do our best where possible, to query this via a claim. Sadly, Amazon are not accepting claims and so we wouldn't be able to chase this further for you if it doesn't track to your account in that time. This is a decision made by Amazon and so we must respect this."

I made an order with Amazon and there was no cash back tracking. There is no claim for Amazon either. How am I confident to continue shop in Amazon with Topcashback when I’m not sure about the claim possibility at all?!?

The category shopping is a pain, however, specifically made sure the 3 items I've purchased in the last month are in the categories they track for cashback. 1 out of 3 looks like it may get paid, the other two didn't track. Contacted topcashback customer service, they refuse to look into it which shows a complete lack of ethics stating they don't handle missing transactions sorry you are sol. Do not recommend.

Cashback didn't show for major purchase all the time. Don't count on TC, they will simply say they are sorry but do nothing about it. Just do not expect Amazon cashback to show if you keep relying on TC.

Did not pay cashback. I purchased a coffee maker which should qualify for the offered cashback. Also TC in not investigating missed backback from Amazon. So, I know I will be using a different cashback site for Amazon from now on. You should do the same.

Have had numerous issues with tracking for Amazon orders. TopCashBack customer service just shrugs and does nothing about the issues.

Of course I love Amazon, but the cashback NEVER tracks and it is a store that TCB can never fix. They blame it on cookies, but I keep those cleaned out regularly and never have issues with any other store.

Two tries and cashback did not track properly. I regularly use TopCashback so I know how to get stores to track. However, this one did not and I was within the listed area.

It wont let me to edit my previous review, just wanted to add this: look at the reviews, sort them by 'New'. Every 4th review is a negative one. Still it sows 99% satisfaction for the retailer. Wonder what is TCB's rating criteria.

I followed the link and completed the transaction as suggested. But no trace of the purchase in TopCashBack. Contacted customer service and they say they cannot follow up with Amazon because of some contractual obligations. Forget the cashback, imagine this - click is captured against Amazon but the spend $ is not captured! Weird!!

My Amazon purchases NEVER track correctly, and TCB won't accept Missing Cashback Claims for Amazon purchases. My purchases to other merchants made before/after Amazon track just fine, so I know the missing cashback isn't due to user error on my end. Seems a little too "convenient" to me...

Amazon cashback is a joke. Transactions in the same category don't track. Of course, there is no recourse, you cannot file a claim, and even Topcashback says they can do nothing?? Don't waste your time!
