I placed an order with an expected 20% cashback. My order was over $500, so I was expecting ~$100 in cashback. I followed ALL of the instructions. I made sure I had adblock turned off. I had cookies enabled for tracking. I did everything I was supposed to. It took over 9 months to hear anything back from 1800contacts as my cashback was stuck in "waiting for retailer" stage. Then, it finally updated but I was told my order didn't track and I won't get any cashback. Topcashback in general has been doing this a lot and I no longer trust the company. The "Highest cash back guarantee" is not real anymore as they only match "select" companies and that list is very small. My experience with 1800Contracts was the turning point for me. I will be looking elsewhere for an online cashback service.
