	Please do not use this merchant. They offer a large cashback to get the business but then ignore the claims. Unbelievable that a large company can get away with this and that cashback still allows them to be active.

	Avoid this merchant.. they do not pay cashback. I'm a long time Top Cashback user. I understand how to ensure that cashback tracks. Zappos did not track and TopCashback does not allow you to file a claim.

	I am very disappointed that I am not receiving my Zappos cashback, I have also submitted a ticket on top cashback but I have not really gotten any response. I made a $350 plus transaction thinking I would be getting 15% cashback as advertised on the top cashback website, but I have not received anything and they’re saying that they cannot claim this transaction with Zappos.
