I've redeemed good to great cash back discounts with 100% success
I see that a couple of the recent reviewers weren't able to have their cash back tracked, but I have received cash back on all 3 of my separate transactions - ranging from 5 - 15% cash back.
This shouldn't need to be repeated but make sure you guys read and follow ALL the terms, exclusions, 'What else is essential?', and other instructions on TCB's page. There's still a possibility for the cash back not to track but it definitely helps your case should you need to file a claim with customer support. Also some merchants don't track well if you pay using 'Paypal Checkout'.
In all 3 of my experiences, Swanson cash back becomes 'Payable' within the first few days in the 3rd month from the purchase date. For example, if you purchased on 1/30, it should become 'Payable' in the first week of April - at least in my experience.
Also, I have never used 'Paypal Checkout' when buying on Swanson specifically and activating TCB to avoid issues with tracking.

Swanson never pays the cash back promised. If they have any type of sale going on and I decide to make a purchase through TopCash I get nothing. It's not even worth my time to go through TopCash.

Sometimes I get approved for cash back, sometimes I don't --- although I follow all the same steps every time. Very unsatisfying to have to be putting in claims when I already have the extension in my browser that says that topcashback is tracking.

Repeated difficulties with tracking
I have almost always needed to re-submit my purchase information because Swanson tracking is lacking in some way. I'm not the computer genius, but I have adjusted browser settings to delete old cookies and allow tracking, and I still have issues. Customer service resolves the issues after the fact, but using the referral from the topcashback website as well as the browser-imbedded app is supposed to save me from extra work.

Always tracks!
I purchase all our vitamins and supplements as well as random other things from Swanson and EVERY transaction tracks without any issues. Their prices are really good, quality is excellent, and shipping is super fast!

Swanson has room for improvement as it relates to delivery. There are so many online providers who provide very prompt delivery and in some cases next day, it is a shame Swanson's orders take on average 5 - 7 days.
