	QVC has declined cash back on every purchase I've made multiple QVC purchases through TopCashback and made sure I've used the Chrome browser (not the QVC app) with no pop-up/ad blockers, same as with all purchases I place through TopCashback, but the purchases never seems to track and, even though I take screenshots of the entire order process, my Missing Cash Back claims for QVC purchases have been declined every single time. I don't have this problem with any other retailer, and I use this site a lot! Moral of the story is, use a different cash back site if you want to receive cash back from a QVC purchase.

	Routinely declining cash back TopCashBack has tried to submit claims and troubleshoot every possible cause of interference with receiving my cash back. QVC declines every purchase months after the fact. I have lost a lot of money on their non payments. Every other retailer pays quickly with no exception. No more QVC.

	Cashback denied I bought a Dyson vacuum from QVC the Saturday after Black Friday through TCB. Of course, it doesn't show up in TCB, since it's a substantial amount. I put in a claim, and they send me an email that they are researching the claim and it may take months. Today, I login to TCB and apparently they closed my claim the day after I submitted it -- but they never notified me. What a joke, and a poor business model. I will never ever shop at QVC ever again, and I will never use TCB. I will tell all my friends and family to stay away. You never encounter these problems with Rakuten, because they know how to keep their customers. TCB has turned into a scammy website that spams your email.

	Calculated with new math Today I spent $107 on a QVC purchase. The rebate is 10%. My pending rebate is $2. Go figure.
