Cash back terms and exclusions

Non-commissionable rates listed below: Rooms offered at specialty or pre-negotiated rates (including discounted group rates) Rooms rates in which the customer is required to be affiliated with or employed by a particular company or organization in order to receive the rate IHG Friends & Family or Employee discount rates Rooms that are booked and paid for using IHG Rewards Club points (including points+cash bookings)

The completed stay at properties in Israel will not earn cash back.
Exclusions: Cash back is only available for commissionable IHG rates. Specialty negotiated rates such as IHG friends & Family are not eligible for cash back. Rooms booked and paid for by IHG reward Club Points are not eligible for cash back incentives.
For Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, rewards are earned based on the all-inclusive rate, which is the total room rate with included meal plan; however, no additional costs or charges associated with the stay are eligible for rewards. For all other eligible IHG brands excluding Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, rewards are earned solely based off the room rate. No additional costs or charges associated with the stay are eligible for rewards.
Purchases made on other sites than IHG Hotels & Resorts's US site
Returning, exchanging or cancelling part of your order may result in the Cash Back being declined.
Any changes made to the reservation will decline your cash back.
Any changes made to a reservation (that originated via web) at the hotel cannot be tracked and are therefore ineligible for cash back.
Combining promotions from another site and/or using a coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback
Cash back is not paid on the purchase of IHG points.
IHG will not compensate travel agents or agencies both the negotiated travel agent commission and additional commission

Cash back payments are distributed approximately 30-60 days after the completed stay.
Cash Back will initially track at $0 and will uplift once the booking has been completed and confirmed.
All transactions will initially track at $0.00 cash back. Only valid purchases will uplift to reflect the actual cash back amount when the merchant has approved these, and this may take up to 12 weeks.
