i am writing in regards to store #0567 and Employee Elizabeth Gardner who worked diligently to help us on doors (interior) we had purchased on line ...due from our understanding that this is a new product that lowe's was carrying we had difficulty when we wanted to adjust the billing as the computer system between the two are not completely compatible yet..but Elizabeth worked with one of their assist from the manufacture up to a half an hour or more to rectify and correct our concerns...this was not once but twice as two doors were purchased and came in at different times....we thank you for having such wonderful staff as Elizabeth Gardner at Store #0567
