Larger Percentage Offen Declined
When larger percent cash back is offered, most times HSN declines. It is frustrating because I would have used another cash back program offering a lower percentage back to have at least gotten something back on my purchases versus nothing back from a declined HSN purchase.

Beware!
If you get a price adjustment from HSN due to the item you purchased going on sale, your cash back claim may be denied! All of my cash back from my purchase was removed after receiving a partial refund. Very disappointing.

Please check the "Fine Print" when attempting to use coupons and coupon codes. There are more restrictions and those restrictions will void many of your orders and therefore cashback. Please don't combine items as a "clearance item" may only warrant 1% cashback while other items in your order meet the 12% cashback requirement. This will most likely cause your entire order to be declined. Also, be careful of duplicate orders as you will only receive cashback for one even though they are two separate orders. My only issue against Top Cash Back is it is very difficult to submit for those missing cashbacks as the date of purchase, order numbers, and other purchase descriptions may be different.

HSN is generally very good with their cashback reward offers. Unfortunately, they are very fast to decline "sale" merchandise from payable cash back rewards. Even though that is their prerogative, it also claws back any promotional (weekend) rewards associated with Topcash.

Be Careful on Multiple Purchase Items -- I've had multiple cashback claims where HSN only pays on the first item. Probably a glitch in the software, but very frustrating to have to wait 3-6 months and chase your rebates with multiple open claims.

After placing the order I found the same item for a lower price at amazon with free shipping. I call customer rep to cancel my order & I was told I could cancel only within an hour. Since it was over a day they rejected my request. I was supposed to get the item in 3 days having paid for shipping. 3 days later I get an email saying my order is cancelled with no reason for cancelling. Would not recommend HSN
