Denied cashback after booking on the website.
I booked a cruise through Cruises.com specifically because they advertised a 4.04% cashback offer. After completing my booking, I was shocked to find that they denied the cashback with no valid explanation. This isn't just disappointing—it’s dishonest. If they can’t honor such a simple, clear promise, it really makes you question what other commitments they’re willing to break. Integrity matters when you're spending thousands on a vacation, and unfortunately, Cruises.com has shown they can't be trusted. I won’t be using them again.
