	Cash back denied As others have said, I made a purchase with Contacts Direct and was denied by the merchant for cash back. I did everything according to Hoyle as I have used TopCashBack many times before. The rough part was it was a 22% cash back day which is the sole reason I made the rather large purchase with them. Try a different company that won't bait and switch you.

	Denied… Like many others claim was denied. Used their codes, went through the steps I was told but cashback was denied by merchant. Beware of contacts direct.

	I didn't get the cash back Lodged a claim with TCB but that didn't help either. Lost over $100! I will not buy from them again.

	Cash back was super good but this company got my son’s RX all wrong!! This company got my son’s contacts order all wrong and then refused to fix it at all! They advised they could do nothing about sending the wrong order since he opened one pair out of the box. He’s a teen and didn’t know to check the RX details before opening the box. It’s ridiculous. Do a quality check before you send orders out! Period!

	You will not receive cash back from ContactsDirect ContactsDirect is fraudulent by advertising a high cash back rate and then denying any claim for cash back. Do not fall for it.

	sneaky merchant they will draw you in with high cashback % and then deny the claim later when you are past the return window

	0 Stars If I Could They have no intention of giving you your cash back and if you're ordering contacts it's probably a substantial amount. I have also contacted their customer service about other things and it's probably the worst of any company ever. They also conveniently lost my order information after I reset my password, they said "this happens" but I still have my receipts. Oh and if you email them about something they have zero intention of replying back. I have worn contacts my whole life. Never again.

	As others stated you'll never get the cash back. It might seem like a huge savings but the purchase never gets tracked and the claim will get denied.

	Never Receive Cashback Twice now I’ve experienced a denied claim over a span of two years. Not worth the time… Yes I had followed all the several rules they utilized to deny my cash back.

	Easy transaction Easy transaction with contacts direct. Was tracked without an issue and payment issued a few weeks later. Would buy from them again.

	Zero Cashback I always follow cashback protocols to the letter, and my last four orders with this merchant have not tracked and were subsequently denied when a claim was filed.

	Horrible merchant I have 3 claims where I used the coupon on the cashback portal and one where I didn't use any portal. All my claims didn't track and were denied. I literally didn't click anywhere after clicking the link on this portal. They offer such a high cashback because they literally never have to pay the customer for it.
