Legit Cardpool transactions do NOT earn cash back! All declined for no reason. And worst of all, you cannot file claim. Do NOT sell GCs on Cardpool. Period.

Why is Cardpool even listed as a TopCashCack merchant? Like pretty much all of the other reviewers, I didn't earn cash back on my transaction with them either. And you can't file a missing claim against them either. I don't get it. I they don't pay out, then why keep them as a merchant?

If I could give this 0 Stars I would. I followed all the terms and agreements. In fact, this was my first transaction ever with Cardpool, for $900 dollars. Of course, the portal "tracked" and confirmed I made a purchase. This is deceitful marketing and straight out lies. The fact that this purchase TRACKED but refused to pay out is unbelievable. Thankfully, I thought to take screenshots of my purchase tracking. Under NYS law, it is illegal to engage in "deceptive acts and practices" such as this. If you have also had a problem with this tracking, I suggest complaining to the Attorney General's Office. I also suggest notifying the consumer protection bureau and the better business bureau.

I've sold giftcards to Cardpool a few times and they always report the cashback as zero. The transaction is definitely tracked by Topcashback- it just shows up as zero. Do not count on receiving 4% for your sales.

No cashback tracked and no way of reporting to topcashback. Shopping transaction with cardpool was a painful process from begining to end, and I was not impressed by the quality of either their purchase system or customer support. I strongly recommend topcashback remove Cardpool.

I think TopCashback MUST remove Cardpool.com from their merchant listing. They have never paid any money on purchases or TopCashBack has not paid them - one or the other!

I also should have read the reviews first. I lost cash back. Isn't it FRAUD (false advertising) to list CB with cardpool and then not pay out?

Receiving cashback from Cashback for SELLING a gift card doesn't work. At least it didn't for me. I tried talking to Topcashback about it and they can't do anything about it. I even tried talking to Cardpool and they said only Topcashback can do anything about it. What's the point of having a partnership with Cardpool? The only reason I sold to Cardpool is because the amount they paid me for the gift card, plus the cashback I would have gotten from Topcashback, would have been more than any other website that buys gift cards. Anyways, Topcashback should definitely remove the 4% cashback for selling gift cards to Cardpool because it's false advertisement. Thanks for hearing me out.

They hosed me for $40. I had a perfectly valid transaction and there is ZERO recourse when they choose not to honor it. Something is HIGHLY fishy about their rating. Proceed with caution!

Not sure how topcashback says 99.5% customer satisfaction on over 13,000 transactions.
No cashback on multiple transactions! Avoid this merchant and also topcashback needs to remove them from their site.

No cashback tracked, none received, no way to claim a credit or open a ticket. Company is highly reliable in terms of products. I have spend hundreds of dollars with them, however, not once have received any cashback. Don't disappoint yourself and either shop directly or see if any other cashback portal will facilitate Cardpool cashback.

OK so the first time I thought I made a mistake so I purchased another set of Gift cards on Cardpool.com and this time carefully followed instructions and my cashback doesn't show and TopCashBack can't help.

I made 3 purchases and 1 sale through Cardpool. None of them tracked and you cannot submit a missing cashback claim for them. Don't even bother clicking through to them.
I would be interested in hearing if anyone has successfully received cashback from Cardpool.
