Guys, I have to say that I was concern about buying gift cards and started getting card with small amounts and didn't have any problem. When I decided to get a bigger one...it didn't work. I contacted them and they not only refunded my money, they sent to me a gift card for their website. I always got the cashback. After this customer service I am going to feel more confident and keep doing business with them

I love the Target Gift Card discounts, they are the best compared to other websites I look into. However, it has happened way too many times when I shop through topcashback, that I don't receive my cash back from Cardpool and it appears that Cardpool does not allow me to claim the cashback that I should have received.

The cash back never tracks properly, and you can't file a claim. The site offers good deals, but if there are issues, best to just get your money back through your credit card, because there is NO customer service. I've emailed dozens of times, and I've NEVER received ANY reply.
