As usual, BB is one of the most horrid stores to shop at. Declined cashback, bait and switch prices are the hallmarks of best buy.

TCB does not honor cashback for large purchases. while tracked, cashback suspiciously doesn't track for verified purchases. CSR says claims are submitted in batches but claim can only be submitted >30days from transaction date. then BB can decide to respond in 3 months!

I have spent over $4400 in the past two years mostly through TopCashBack at BestBuy.com All but 3 of the purchases should have qualified and paid out according to the terms listed here (PS Plus card and Black Friday purchases I understand would be declined). Every other single purchase which should have been paid out were also "declined." It would have only amounted to somewhere between $20 and $30. I never had such issues with another rewards site.

It took 4 months to receive cashback on a straightforward, no question purchase. Ridiculous!! A majority of the wait time was at the hands of Best Buy, not TopCashBack. TopCashBack did their part and Best Buy made us wait.

Poor showing. Best Buy rejected my cashback claim even though the item I purchase did not fit into any exclusion categories. I filed a claim, and Best Buy apparently takes months to respond.

Made two big purchases and met all the guidelines, but they keep declining my cashback. If you're thinking of getting cashback from Best Buy, good luck. I wouldn't make any purchase from them and expecting a cashback.

Made 3 transactions with Best Buy through Topcashback. The only one I got cash back on Best Buy took the money back after 2 months! Now I have gotten $0 from Best Buy on over $2K in purchases! Best Buy sucks!

Best Buy continually declines to honor cashback even though it falls within their policies. I purchased several android devices outright and they declined my $20 or 1% cashback due. They've done this on any purchase I have where I earn significant cash back.

Most cashback doesn't show up. and alot of it is denied by merchant. for Best Buy I used other cashback sites.
