we specifically shopped for a freezer online so I could earn cashback and it says wasn't accept. I think this is ridiculous.. there was no restrictions when i clicked thru.. so after spending $700 online we didn't get our points. I could have just bought giftcards with another site and made more money gaining points for that purchase. was very disappointed for making a large purchase and not geting anything from it

My purchase with Best Buy was denied. It has been over four months trying to resolve the case but still no action. Don't count on cash back from Best Buy as their philosophy clearly is to deny, deny, deny. Sound familiar?

Best Buy has been a very unreliable payor. I had three large transactions, all large dollar, that were denied for no apparent reason, and no explanation was provided. I filed resolution claims, and I was advised the first one was approved. Later, it reverted to a $0 payout. I never heard back re: the second and third claims. Of course, my small purchase transactions were approved and paid without issue.

Denied for purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S8 which is not excluded. Lodged claim so hopefully it will get favorably resolved but I am not holding my breath.

Why has cashback been declined on every movie except one . I bought over ten different movies and have only .30 to show.. I think iI will stick with ebates. It may only be 1% buy that is better than getting 0%.

Best Buy is not paying out on legitimate purchases. I don't know if it's Best Buy or TopCashBack's issue, but the bottom line is that somebody is defrauding customers.

Frequently cashback is declined for no apparent reason with this vendor. My purchases are not part of the exclusion list. The Topcashback site fails to allow me to input a customer service claim for the Best Buy transactions as well -- the site reports that I must supply the order ID before I can file the claim, however, the site is reporting that message while the Order ID field is populated. Very frustrating...
