Very slow cashback process
Be careful! Roborock will treat your cashback at the slowest speed. First they will neglect the cashback, and then when you find out and submit a claim, it will go through a review and took at least 4 months and they just hope you forget about it.

Did not Pay Out
Roborock did not pay out. I started a claim with TopCashBack and Roborock denied it and said I returned the order or changed the order number, neither of which are true.
