Be careful relying on Roborock cashback offers
I bought directly from Roborock through TopCashback. The order was paid, delivered, never returned, and I still use the product.
Roborock nevertheless rejected the cashback claiming the order was cancelled, changed or returned.
After more than six months, TopCashback told me they could not recover the cashback from Roborock and paid the full amount themselves.
Roborock later said the issue “may be due to a refund”, even though I was never refunded.
Keep screenshots and all order/payment records if using a Roborock cashback offer.

Did not pay out cashback claim
submitted a claim and roborock never responded confirming the purchase. it has been almost 8 months.

Very slow cashback process
Be careful! Roborock will treat your cashback at the slowest speed. First they will neglect the cashback, and then when you find out and submit a claim, it will go through a review and took at least 4 months and they just hope you forget about it.

Did not Pay Out
Roborock did not pay out. I started a claim with TopCashBack and Roborock denied it and said I returned the order or changed the order number, neither of which are true.
