	Cashback experience great but some issue with the jet.com customer service because of missing parts in the package. Was very difficult to have them send these parts.

	Jet is very easy to use and their delivery is also Very prompt! I prefer to use Jet over Amazon whenever possible. The rating was ONLY on cashback issues. It hasn't deterred my use of Jet.

	jet is basically amazon with better customer service. but TCB does not honor cashback for large purchases. while tracked, cashback suspiciously doesn't track for verified purchases. CSR says claims are submitted in batches but claim can only be submitted >30days from transaction date. then jet can decide to respond in 3 months!

	I almost always have to submit a claim because my orders aren't tracked.

	Refused rebate - from what was printed, there was no reason for this. I followed up with a request by TopCashback. As of yet, no response, no explanation, nothing.
