What does it mean if my claim is 'On Ice'?

If you have submitted a Missing Cashback Claim and it has been put 'On Ice' – the claim will be automatically taken 'Off Ice', so that we can submit it.

Claims can go 'On Ice' for several reasons.

It may be that the merchant has a validation period and we are unable to submit claims until after this time period has expired, or that you have submitted a claim before 7 days have elapsed from the transaction date. In this case we will automatically put the claim 'On Ice', as it may well track onto your account during this period.
