After you submit a claim, we run through it just to check that the relevant fields have been completed. We then may wait for a week or two (or sometimes even more) so as to ‘batch up’ the claims from each affiliate network.
Once we have submitted your claim, we simply have to wait for the affiliate network and merchant to process this. Some affiliate networks accept our ‘resubmissions’ or reminders – whilst others will only process new claims. At this stage we are reliant on the retailer processing the claims and there really isn’t much that can be done to speed this process up.
We do, however, maintain good contact with all of the affiliate networks – helping to ensure that our claims are not forgotten about.
