I didn’t receive the notification email for my Visa® Prepaid Card. What should I do?

The notification email will have come from notification@topcashbackdigitalsolutions.com with a subject line of “Your TopCashback Reward has Arrived!”. Please check your spam/junk folder as well as your standard email folders to ensure that it hasn’t gone in to one of those. If you still can’t see the email then please raise a support ticket from within your TopCashback account and we can arrange for the email to be resent to you.
