	$0 cash back - twice! I made 2 separate purchases on different dates and the first one came back as cash back Declined. I'm having to go through the dispute process with TopCashBack to look into it. The 2nd purchase came back as a legitimate purchase but resulted in $0 cash back. I'm also having the site look into this case. It feels like false advertising to me!
