first of all, the cash back doesn't show up automatically after the stay was completed. After report the missing transaction, it takes up almost a whole year for the cash back to be finally credited. Hope booking can be more accurate and efficient next time.

Posted late. What I don't like is the fact that the cashback is at 0 and would lift later. Sometimes it stay at 0 forever.

Sometimes, for small short reservations it worked fine. However, I consumed a 4-room 1-week reservation almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting for the cashback to appear as tracked at least. I hope it gets resolved soon. I am planning a long and expensive trip and will use another cashback service if I don't receive good news from TopCashback soon.

There seem to be some price discrepancy between going to Booking.com (cheaper!) as compared to clicking through TopCashback's link. We ought to check out the prices before booking through TopCashback.

Great website for booking accommodation, including rooms for those on a budget. However, not an easy merchant to earn cashback from. The tracked transaction at the time of booking has often disappeared when the stay is taken months later, resulting in the need to make a missing cashback claim. The Topcashback team does a good job in tracking down the claim but this usually takes a long time for the cash back to become payable. Would prefer cashback from other merchants if the same accommodation option is offered elsewhere.
