Genius Loyalty Program
Earn rewards when you become a member of the free Booking.com Genius Loyalty Program. Once you sign up, you can start enjoying instant discounts and travel rewards on select stays—just look for the blue Genius label to identify participating properties. Even more, your rewards and discounts will be automatically applied with each eligible Booking.com reservation.
The Genius Loyalty Program has three tiers, so the more you book, the more you progress in ranking. Genius Level 1 is the beginner level, which gets you a 10% discount on stays and car rentals (keep in mind that car rental bookings are not eligible for cash back). Once you've completed five bookings within a two-year window, you'll advance to Genius Level 2, where you'll get up to 15% off hotel stays, free breakfast at select properties and free room upgrades on select stays.
If you complete at least 15 bookings within two years you'll reach Genius Level 3, where you'll enjoy up to 20% savings on select stays along with all of the perks included in Level 2—plus priority support on all stays. Price Match
Booking.com has one of the most flexible price match guarantee policies around. If you've already booked your room but then found a cheaper rate for the same hotel on a different website, you can submit a price match claim up until 24 hours before check-in.
In order for your claim to be honored, you must be able to prove that the other offer is for the same property and accommodation type, includes the same cancellation policy and conditions, and the same check-in and check-out dates. If all criteria are met, you will then be eligible for the lower price adjustment.
