$500 Facebook Live Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to all TopCashback.com members aged 18 or older, except employees of TopCashback (USA) Inc and their families or anyone else associated with the competition.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
5. Entrants must enter the giveaway by following TopCashback USA on Facebook, joining TopCashback USA's Facebook livestream and sharing what you've earned cash back on this year in the comments section under any Facebook and/or Instagram post that promotes the livestream.
6. The start date of the competition is Monday, April 29, 2024 at 7 a.m. PT (10 a.m. ET), with two prizes valued at $250 USD each.
7. The winners will be notified by 2 p.m. PT (5 p.m. ET) on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 via a Facebook message.
8. We have no obligation to offer the prize to a potential winner who was contacted but failed to respond within 2 days of being notified.
9. TopCashback.com reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant should a winner fail to respond within 2 days.
10. Entries are limited to one per TopCashback member.
11. Entrants need to be in good standing and a member of TopCashback.com to enter and win.
12. Entrants may only win once within a 12-month period.
13. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to request a proof of identity in the form of your passport, driving license and a utility bill bearing your address.
14. The winners' names will be published on the TopCashback.com website, Facebook and Twitter pages and/or can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to TopCashback (USA) Inc, 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Ste 1701, Wilmington, Delaware 19808.
15. The winners may be required to participate in post-promotion publicity such as supplying quotes for press releases, blogs, etc.

Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of TopCashback.com and accordingly, TopCashback.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to TopCashback.com as a result thereof.

18. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter retains the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.

20. Please allow up to 2 days for the prize to be delivered to the winners' addresses or TopCashback accounts, unless otherwise specified.
