The worst
Never approve any transactions, denied all of them even though i completed the flight. Dont bother. Try other sites

EVERY transaction requires a claim to be open
They just outright reject every tracked transaction. You have to open a claim, follow it through and then only, if you are lucky, get some cash back. Irritating.

I made no changes to my reservation and purchased a nonrefundable ticket. I also flew my original itinerary. Yet, I was still denied any cash back.
