This site does live up to it's name as far as giving you the TOP cash amount back. However, the tradeoff is that it takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R for you to get that cash back. It took 6 months before a cash back for a hotwire purchase was 'valid'. I understand that it's after the travel date, but an additional 3 months after travel is a little excessive. Then, the incentive you get when you refer-a-friend, you don't even get that until the person you refer gets that SAME AMOUNT in CASH BACK before you qualify for that money. Shouldn't it just be based on their 1st purchase? Use this site if you want the top cash back and don't mind waiting practically forever to get that money. At another site, I would have gotten paid 2x over already before I can even get 1 payment from Top Cash Back. Yeah, they say it's when the stores pay them, then we get paid, but in this day and age, it should be way faster than 6 months.
