VERY BEST CASH BACK! TOO LONG TO RECEIVE REWARDS. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.
RECENTLY I ORDERED FROM DOOR DASH FOR THE 1ST TIME AND MADE SURE TO CLICK REWARD $126.25. IT'S STILL ACTIVE RIGHT NOW AS OF 3/26 WHEN IT POPPED UP AFTER LOGGING INTO THE SITE. THIS IS THE BIGGEST REWARD I HAVE SEEN FROM THIS MONEY-BACK APP AND ANY OTHERS I HAVE TRIED. IT TAKES EXCEPTIONALLY TOO LONG TO RECEIVE CASH-BACK. IT NEEDS TO BE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION TO MAKE SURE USERS RECEIVE THEIR EARNED MONEY-BACK OTHERWISE THIS FEELS USELESS. THE TIME WINDOW UNTIL NEEDS TO BE REDUCED SIGNIFICANTLY! A REWARD THIS BIG I SHOULD HAVE RIGHT NOW. THIS IS THE BIGGEST GRIPE I HAVE. I WANT TO BOAST ENDLESSLY ABOUT THESE INCENTIVES ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS BUT I FEEL CHEATED. NO WAY WILL I ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO BELIEVE IN THIS WHEN IT TAKES WAY TOO LONG FOR REWARDS TO COME. IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO TRUST & BELIEVE IN.

Topcashback incentive notice time too short
Topcashback incentive should be intimated well in advance, at least 1 week before the days of incentive. Also, the minimum spend has been increased from $15 to $20.

I order a $50 giftcard from this merchant and the txn went smoothly and I got the card promptly. The only problem was I could never find it on my credit card statement--after about 40 minutes of research, I finally determined that the merchant has a completely unrelated business name Runa... which appeared on my credit card stmt as such. I came very close to doing a chargeback on this unrecognized transaction. To prevent wasting your customer's time, please let us know when your merchants do not have a consistent business name.

Bonus Issue!!! $2.50 bonus removed today w/no explanation
Earlier today, I accessed TopCashback to review my $42.32 balance. A few hours later, I returned to the website as I was thinking about using TopCashback to make a purchase at another retailer. One of my incentive bonuses ($2.50 dated January 9) has now been removed from my earnings. I rightfully earned that bonus. As a longtime, loyal user, I am frustrated that this change was made without any explanation at all. While it says I should contact Customer Service, none of the options provided with the option-selection method TopCashback offers would make sense in seeking remediation of this issue.

It’s great
I’ve been using Top Cashback for a number of years. It’s so easy. No receipts involved. I always know what the percentage is at the store I’m choosing. And there are so many stores to choose from. There are also a lot of options for cashing out too. That usually comes within 3 days also depending on what payout option I chose. I’ve never had any problems with anything. No complaints. The only issue I’ve found is Macys takes a while to pay out.

Love the bonus money!
Top Cash Back notifies me when there is an additional incentive to shop. This is helpful because in today's world of media and marketing it is nearly impossible to go to every site looking for deals.
