My experience with TopCashback has been great! I love that 9 out of 10 times the cashback you offer is typically more than what Ebates is offering. My only suggestion would be two things-create a website option so it’s easier to check-out on a desktop and allow cashback on app purchases. Most people have the merchants app installed and if you aren’t careful you can miss the message that TopCashBack gives you. Cashing out is a breeze and user friendly. I love the bonus options you give as well.

I have had 4 cashback attempts (all of them bonus offers) with TopCashback. Every single claim, despite following all their steps, does not get tracked in the website and requires opening a missing cashback claim, which takes months to resolve. I have not had this tracking issue with other cashback retailers, so it appears to be isolated to this site.
